More Weather Woes in Southern Africa

IRIN is reporting that farmers in another Southern African country are bracing for increased food insecurity after a dry winter limited winter crop production and made it difficult for farmers to prepare their lands and another year of poor rainfall (several of the past five years have been very poor rainfall years) will cause a drop in harvest yields that had only just begun to recover. The coming season also doesn't look particularly promising:
