African leaders not happy over South African ANC's birthday bash

It appears several African leaders are furious over the way they were treated while attending the South African ruling party, the African National Congress (ANC), centenary bash this past weekend. This line from the article:

I must say, the ruling party not being able to organise their own (very well-funded) party birthday celebrations doesn't bode too well for South Africa. Luckily, there are extremely competent private events companies to run things like, for example, COP17. Intriguing the difference between being hosted by the ANC and being hosted by the government of South Africa.
