Malawi govt critic rearrested

A Malawi court on Friday released anti-government activist, Black Moses, on bail. Moments later, as he was leaving the court-house, police arrested him again. According to his lawyer, no new charges were made when he was arrested. Moses is facing charges related to sedition related to a publication, The Weekly Political Update, produced by his organisation, Youth for Freedom and Democracy (YFD). He is the president of YFD. Vice-president, student Robert Chasowa's recent mysterious death has caused extensive concern. A police spokesperson said that the publication insulted president Bingu wa Mutharika.
