A group of hiphop artists in Angola led a group of roughly 200 young people in protest against the government on Saturday. There were reports of violence and police have arrested 24 people. The president of Angola has been in power for 32 years. The ruling party is again expected to win the general election next year but some opposition groups have claimed that the electoral commission is not empowered to deliver free and fair elections. 2/3 of Angola's people live on less than $2 a day.
