Zambia printing ballot papers in South Africa
Zambia's former Works and Supply minister has said that his government's printing works will be unable to print ballot papers for the elections later this year. This after the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) expressed concerns that the ballot papers could not be printed locally. The K21 billion to upgrade skills and facilities to be able to print ballots. The ballot papers will now be printed in South Africa. Opposition parties have reportedly suggested that this move is an attempt to rig elections although all stakeholders will reportedly have full access to the printing process.
