Things I missed while internet-less

After being on the road for two weeks, I returned home to find myself without phone or internet. It took a full week of fighting with the company concerned to get it fixed. Sometimes SA really pulls of third world service. Anyway, while I was without internet, people said funny and interesting things. A few that caught my eye:

1. My NGO is the Perfectest

2. The excellent Alanna Shaikh's FP piece on the CIA's fake vaccination campaign in Abbottabad

3. And a follow-up on Humanosphere on why, contrary to the CIA's response it was a) fake and b) a serious problem for global health

4. Jina Moore on meaningful consent in reporting on rape

5. RCT on aid transparency
