Zambia reduces Malaria deaths

A couple of reports (here, here and here) have come out in the last few days about a remarkable reducing in malaria deaths in Zambia. The country has a seen a decrease in prevalence and deaths have dropped by 66% on 2000 malaria death figures. The change is credited to large-scale intervention by the Zambian government in partnership with various other groups. The primary intervention leading to this change appears to have been insecticide-treated mosquito nets.
